- Your Company Name
- Your Country
- Your State or County
- Your Company email address (We need this to contact you and also feel it is to your advantage so that people may contact you via email if they cannot get through on a VOIP connection).
- Your VOIP Provider. This is the company that supplies your VOIP telephone connection (Someone like Skype)
- Your Internal VOIP number. People on the same VOIP network as you will use this to connect to you.
- Your external VOIP number. People on different networks to you can reach you by using this number. This is the part that really makes it work.
